Internet marketing is focused on increasing website and e-shop traffic. Thesis will describe current situation of company using PEST, PORTER and SWOT analysis. According to the results of analysis will be selected the most appropriate solution to achieve objectives. Individual targets will be progressively developed and continuously monitored and evaluated. After a period of one year will be suggested suitable procedures for further websites development.

The aim of the dissertation is a business plan concept and verification of its feasibility and competitiveness. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part I focus on basic business terms and the actual business plan - why and how the thesis is conceived how it should look like and what should not be missed. In the practical part I describe how to set the concrete business plan for opening an internet shop with coffee and tea product range. I will try to realize the project based on my business plan and compare it to reality. The goal of my dissertation work is the business plan realization and then a verification of its feasibility and its viability in real life.
Optimization of the Business Model of the Online Store Jednoručky.cz

This thesis focuses on the analysis and improvement of the business model of a small online store Jednoručky.cz, which sells fitness dumbbells. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the fundamental flaws in the store's strategy, to find the main causes of the decline in sales of this online business and propose changes that will lead to a smooth operation and return to growth of customer orders. The theoretical part describes the basic aspects that are important in the establishment and operation of an online store, followed by the introduction of some current trends in internet marketing and the opportunities that are offered to Czech entrepreneurs to obtain information from this field. The practical part of the thesis describes and evaluates internal processes and strategy of the store Jednoručky.cz and on the basis of these findings, it suggests a comprehensive plan for optimizing its business model. The plan will be realized during the year 2015.

Aim of this thesis is the analysis and proposal of changes in marketing strategy of Internet Company. The theoretical part of work focuses on the specifics of doing business on the Internet. The part continues with the description of Internet marketing. The analytical part of the thesis defines the business environment of the selected company, including market analysis and situational analysis. The analysis of marketing strategy of the company follows. At the end of the work the information were synthesized and evaluated. On the basis of these synthesized information the final suggestions were recommended to innovate the company marketing strategy
The project of the e-shop development

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an e-shop development. The e shop foundation is described in the first part. There are discussed legal matters, websites, and the relationship with customers according to the law, distribution of goods and the payment options. In the next part there are described the ways of promotion on the internet. The third part deals with the project of the development of the e shop Tonermag.cz. There are described the steps which led to its development and also the ways of its promotion. The goal of this thesis is to sum up the steps which lead to the e shop development and to formulate the instructions how to do it.

Export and marketing strategy of the company GO4STYLE.CZ

This final work is focused on the e-shop GO4STYLE.CZ, which is in his first year of entrepreneurship on the field of e-commerce. The main subject of his business activities is selling special dance goods, especially dance shoes, dance apparel and accessories. The main goal of this work is to analyze his present situation and position on the market, as well as current marketing strategy and on this basis to suggest changes and new procedures. One of them si to make a proposal of the export strategy for the slovak market, mainly from the the way of entering the market and new marketing strategy. The work is concerned with theoretical basis of e-business, which is compared to the situation of GO4STYLE.CZ
